Case Stuffing
Have you ever heard the factory bikes when they hit the throttle and the motor just explodes to the rev limiter! It’s not supernatural it’s the sound of a stuffed crankcase and crank.
Crankcase stuffing reduces air volume in the case. If you didn’t already know crankcase pressure is one of the key elements of a 2-stroke motor. More pressure in the crankcase sends additional fuel to the combustion chamber faster. Which produces faster throttle response as well as instant power. Case stuffing will improve the bottom end of your motor.
We use a two part putty that expands at the equal rate of the cases so it wont come off. Stuffing the cases it a intense and time consuming task it involves many hours of hand work and machining to exact tolerances.
