What a race!!! More than 50.000 motorsports fans were in Curitiba to watch the most expected event of the year. Even the rain wasn't capable to extinguish the drivers fire during the trials and they showed that many new records would be established during the weekend.

There were more than 400 cars from all around the country and some from Argentina to fight for the victory in many classes.

On Saturday some records were established. Marlon Nascimento was the first with his VW DO Class equipped with FuelTech EMS, running 12s484 ET. Ricardo Kiki de Paula was the fastest with his VW DT-A Class car and got the new record with 10s066 ET. Leovaldo Petry and his TO Class Ford Maverick did an amazing pass with 11s415 ET.

More records came on Sunday!! Luiz Claudio Amanajas and his FuelTech managed Chevy SW ran 8s075 ET and established the new record for EST Class. The driver Roderjan Busato and his supercharged Camaro running for IMP Class and using all FuelTech’s products got the new record with 8s389 ET.

One of the fastest drivers on the weekend was Valtinho Costa with his twin-turbo 6cyl Dragster Light Class car, that using FuelTech EMS did a 7s075 ET pass, setting the new record.

We also had some classes with no records established on the weekend, but with great performances by Fabio Zarbielli winning DT-B Class, Rodrigo Facchini winning FLT Class and Edenilson Luna winning Stock Class, all of them using FuelTech EMS.

In the pit area, FuelTech's was releasing the new products line simultaneously with PRI Trade Show in Orlando,FL and our booth was always crowded. The FuelTech crew had a lot of work to show and explain the new products line for all customers, enthusiasts, drivers, visitors and press.
